Cedar Creek Outdoor Center Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Cedar Creek Outdoor Center the following are terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
In Store Pickup
In store pickup orders are provided as a convenience. You are welcome to pick up during business hours after your order. An associate will call you to confirm your pickup time within one business day of your order. Orders not picked up after 60 days will be restocked without refund.
Standard Shipping Policy- Accessories (Excludes Canoes, Kayaks & SUPs)
All orders are generally processed the same business day if the order is received before 2:00pm Eastern time. Expedited shipping is available and is calculated at checkout. Please keep all original cartons and packing materials. Save your packaging in case you need to return the item. Packages cannot be recalled, so once they are shipped, they cannot be canceled.
Freight Shipping Policy- Watercraft (Canoes, Kayaks & SUPs)
All orders are generally processed the same business day if the order is received before 2:00pm Eastern time. Freight shipping is calculated at checkout. You will be contacted by the freight company on the phone number you provide prior to delivery. To prevent delays, please be sure to respond to the dispatcher when you receive a call.
Generally Canoes and Kayaks are freight shipped only. Kayaks and canoes require freight shipping and different handling and packaging methods that may be different then you are used to. We cover a large part of this cost for you, but you may still have a significant cost. Expedited shipping may be offered for your item at checkout for an additional fee. Please read all options.
The average time frame for this method of shipping is estimated at the time of checkout in Business days depending on your location. This time is an estimate and is based on your location and other contributing factors. To facilitate a more timely delivery please provide valid contact information for the freight company to be able to coordinate delivery for you – this is not a guarantee of delivery date. You must be present for the delivery of your freight shipment in order to sign and receive item. Please ask the driver to wait while you inspect the item thoroughly. If you find any damage give us a call at 770-485-1900 if it is within our normal business hours (10am to 6pm Eastern Time). If we are unavailable, please note any damaged or missing parts with the driver. Freight lines will not take insure damage that is not notated on the receipt. So please be sure to notate any damage at this time. Please keep all original cartons and packing materials. If you do not have the original shipment box and/or product packaging the product CANNOT be returned.
Our freight shipping applies only to kayaks and canoes shipped to the 48 contiguous states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii we cannot provide freight shipping.
- Freight Shipping Damage Policy
Please inspect the item BEFORE SIGNING. If there is significant shipping damage, please notate damage with the driver and reject the shipment. For minor shipping damage, notate the damage with the driver before signing for and accepting the shipment. Failure to inspect for damage releases the freight carrier from responsibility for damage and prevents claims.
- Freight Cancellation Policy
If your order has already left our facility and you decide to cancel or return it, then you will be responsible for the rerouting shipping cost. Please contact us and we will be able to provide you with exact costs associated with a cancellation after the return of the item. For security reasons, we cannot re-route a package once it has left our facility.
International Shipping
International shipping is handled through a third party. Please address third party in the case of damage.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped that contains your tracking information. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
